Usage

boxplot_UI(id, allow_pvalue = TRUE, allow_violin = TRUE)

Arguments

id

Shiny ID [character(1)]

allow_pvalue

[logical(1)]

If FALSE, the significance table (containing p-values comparing groups) is not displayed

allow_violin

[logical(1)]

If FALSE, the violin plot option is not displayed
