  • mod_summary_table:
    • The application can be set up to create new categories for grouping variables based on analysis dataset variable flags, e.g. last value on treatment category.
    • Fix issue when global filtering has been applied to a grouping variable of the population dataset then factor levels in the analysis data need to correspond to this.
  • mod_hierarchical_count_table:
    • Implement grouping by population flags.
    • Allow up to 2 levels of grouping (previously limited to 1 level) by population dataset variables.
    • Add new argument to allow the specification of the text to be displayed in the table row for participants with any event. The default has been set to “Participants with any event” (previously “Subjects with any event”).

  • mod_hierarchical_count_table:

    • Add optional SMQ source-variable derivation as a hierarchy.
    • Add optional UDAEC category derivation from SMQ source variables and/or preferred terms (pt_var and pt_values).
    • Add category filtering for selected SMQ or UDAEC hierarchy levels.
    • Allow up to 4 levels of hierarchical variables.
    • Show variable labels rather than variable names in the information above the table.
    • Display count of “0” when n = 0, instead of em dash.
    • Display time at risk and incidence rate when n = 0, instead of em dash.
    • mod_hierarchical_count_table hides rows below a given minimum percentage. Adds new argument default_min_percent.
    • Add scrollbar to options dropdown to avoid truncation in short window space.
    • Add progress bar shown during table generation.

  • mod_Tplyr_table:

    • Add new arguments from dv.listings module
    • Enable pagination for Tplyr tables
